My name is Hannah Kang. My favorite medium as for now is Oil paint. I've been exploring Alla Prima in Mr. Blackwell's class for the past two semesters, and it turns out that I really like how spontaneous this type of painting process is. I live with my mom in a really nice city called La Habra. We recently moved here when quarantine started and are really loving the people and the community here. My mom is a business woman, so she is usually busy doing her personal projects (she is an interior designer, and she nowadays does home staging).
I came to OCSA because my friend Yun Jeong's mom introduced my mom to OCSA. Yun Jeong's love and passion for OCSA inspired me to want to be here.
Yes. I really like creating artworks, as art helps me find who I am. I will for sure at least minor in art, or maybe even apply to art colleges. One of my dream schools is RISD.
